Pulron 101 Series

Pulron 101 is a thermoplastic coating powder which has been specifically designed to provide a long lasting protection for general exterior applications. It is based on acid modified polyolefins and is applied by electrostatic spray. 101 is resistant to adverse weather conditions, detergents, salt spray and typical airborne pollutants. It is suitable to coat for all wire fence, metal pipelines and ports, children play areas, street furniture and lights, automotive parts, steel build and construction materials. It can be used anywhere containing metal. SA 2,5 quality sandblasting and chemical cleaning is recommended. When high strentgh and corrosion resistance are demanded, chromated or phosphating is also advised before application. Temperature and heating times are optimized according to metal thickness.

Pulron 201 Series

Pulron 201 series specifically designed for general indoor and outdoor applications. It has perfect adhesion performance. It is preferred more than similar products with low application temperature and providing energy productivity. The product which is suitable for food contact provides long lasting protection owing to perfect chemical strength and yellowing resistance.

Pulron 301 Series

Pulron 301 is a polyamide based thermoplastic powder coating. It is applied with fluidized bed method. It provides desired quality coating with strong mechanical features and high chemical resistance. It can be used for dishwasher baskets, shopping trolley wires, automotive industries and some applications where scratch resistance is important. The main advantage unlike other coating is high wear and scracth resistance.

Pulron 401 Series

Pulron 401 is a thermoplastic powder coating suitable for fluidized bed application, designed especially to coat metal fences. Thanks to its special formula, it assures adhesion without using any primer. Alternative to PVC coating, it stands out as an environment friendly product. Pulron 601 Series

601 Series products are designed especially to coat the interiors of water and foam-filled fire extinguishers. It is resistant to foam product such as AFFF and provides appropriate coating for EN3 requirement.
