Flock Spray

The flock spray method involves applying the coating material to the surface using air pressure. The powder is dispersed over the surface at a wide spray angle, forming an even layer. This method is simpler since it does not require an electrostatic system.

Technical Advantages:

  • Uniform distribution: Thanks to the electrostatic charge, the coating material spreads evenly across the surface, minimizing thickness variations. This is ideal for achieving highly precise and smooth surfaces.
  • Low material loss: Powder particles not adhering to the surface are reused, minimizing material waste. This makes the process both economical and environmentally friendly.
  • Coating of complex surfaces: The electrostatic attraction effect ensures adequate coverage even for parts with recesses and protrusions.
  • Manual and automated usage: This method can be tailored for applications that need precise control in manual spraying as well as for large-scale automated production.
  • High efficiency: After polymerization, the coating dries quickly, forming an extremely durable surface.

This method is excellent for projects with high-quality requirements. Contact the Pulron team for any inquiries.
