Pulron thermoplastic powder coating materials can be applied by various ways depending on application area and the type of coated material:
ELECTROSTATIC SPRAY COATING (ES):
The powder particules charged electrostatically is sprayed on earthed metal. The coated metal is put in industrial oven and heated till it melts.
FLUIDIZED BED COATING (FB):
The thermoplastic powder acts as boiling fluid when pressured air is passed through itself. The metal heated desired temperature is immersed in fluidized bed. It is oven heated and provided for coating the surface.
FLOCK SPRAY COATING (FS):
The uncharged thermoplastic powder sprayed on oven heated metal for coating after that leave it for cooling.
FLAME SPRAY COATING (FLS):
The powder particules sprayed by nozzles, melts when pass through flame circules that composed around the nozzle and stick on metal surface and become solid. By this way thermoplastic coating exists.
EXTRUSION (XT):
Uncoated metal wire is passed through melted plastic material and then leave it for coiling.
ROTO-LINING COATING (RL):
To be coated materials (tube or cylinder) is heated till necessary temperature. The thermoplastic powder is injected into material and then material is turned to compose whole coating. Then excess powder is evacuated.
